Specification Editor Documentation

This screen allows you you edit all specifications and set overrides based on various pieces of data on a form. Specifications are divided up into several buckets.

Specification Buckets

  • Passing: Values between and including Lower Specification and Upper Specification values are considered passing, and the target column assigns actions/scores for values falling in this range
  • Specification: Values between Specification (exclusive) and Control (inclusive) are considered in the specification bucket, and the Lower/Upper Specification column configures actions/scores for values falling in this range
  • Control: Values between Control (exclusive) and Validation (inclusive) are considered in the specification bucket, and the Lower/Upper Specification column configures actions/scores for values falling in this range
  • Validation: Values above/below validation are rejected as invalid input


Scoring

Clicking the scoring button allows you to set up scores for a particular spec.

To assign a score to a passing value, select a score in the target column.

Actions

Clicking on the action button allows you to set actions for a particular spec.

To assign an action to a passing value, add the action to the target column.
