GX:Suppress Log Level

Suppresses a specific error level from being logged to all log targets. Use by setting the variable instance to the log level to be suppressed.
Example
Use Case: Error log is full of TransactionFinish, UnitOfWorkBegin, UnitOfWorkEndSuccess entries that are not needed
