Window Settings (Ctrl-L, select Window Settings)

Prompt Before Move - checkbox
Currently unused.
Confirm Success - checkbox
Default value is On. Display a message to indicate that the functionality has been successful.
Allow WT shipment of items on hold in ERP. - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, you will be allowed to ship items that have been placed on Hold in Adage.
Allow WT shipment of items on hold in Whistle. - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, you will be allowed to ship items that have been placed on Hold in Whistle.
Allow WT shipment of items on auto hold in Whistle. - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, you will be allowed to ship items that have been placed on Auto Hold in Whistle.
Allow WT to auto-generate WT Order number. - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, Whistle will create new warehouse transfer numbers for each transaction.
Auto-Receive at Whistle To-Warehouse. - checkbox
Default value is on. After the order successfully ships, automatically moves the containers on the order to the warehouse you are shipping to.
Auto-Receive at ERP To-Warehouse. - checkbox
Default value is on. After the order successfully ships, automatically perform the Receive transaction at the warehouse you are shipping to.
Allow Multi Ship - checkbox
With this setting turned on, orders that are partially shipped will not be closed and additional shipments may be made against the same order in the future.
Default WT number to BOL - checkbox
Default the BOL number to be the WT number.
Show reason/activity code. - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, the reason/activity code field will be displayed.
Default ERP Staging Location - textfield
The location entered here will be used as the default staging location.
Default reason/activity code. - textfield
This is the default reason to use for the transaction.
Append Group Code to Reason Code - checkbox
Not used.
Default putaway bin - checkbox
When this setting is turned on, a new window will be displayed for you to specify which bin you want to use to put the pallets away after they have been received in the To warehouse. This window will default to "RECSTAGE".
Putaway bin - textfield
Specify the bin to use for putting containers away.
Suggest Putaway - checkbox
If this setting is on, the user will be asked if they want to put away the container if the transaction was successful.
Duplicate container records in receiving warehouse - checkbox
Instead of moving the container records to the new warehouse, make a copy of them. The data will exist in both warehouses for the pallet.
Save Load Info For BOL - checkbox
Save a copy of the load information into the wms_load_tbl in the database to use in the BOL report.
Collect Freight and Lumper Charges - checkbox
When this setting is on, collect the Freight and Lumper information.
Collect Carrier - checkbox
Collect the Carrier information.
Check ERP Inventory Levels Prior to Ship - checkbox
Not used.
Use Actual Ship Date (Parity) - checkbox
Use the current datetime as the ship date, instead of what is on the order. Only available for Parity customers.
No Whistle Load number in TEE file - checkbox
Will not show the Whistle load number in the TEE file if checked.
No ERP Load number in TEE file - checkbox
Will not show the ERP load number in the TEE file if checked.
Collect Pallet Position - checkbox
The user will be asked to specify the loaded position of the pallet.
Warn when LOST pallet is put in SHIPSTAGE after unloading - checkbox
If a pallet is recovered from the LOST bin as it is loaded, then the user elects to unload it, inform them that the pallet was originally in the LOST bin and is now being moved to SHIPSTAGE.
Show load at pallet level - checkbox
Modify the screen to only show pallet level information.
Only modify Whistle created order lines - checkbox
Allow the user to change orders created by Whistle, but not orders created by the ERP system.
Do not show time part of ship date - checkbox
Remove the time portion of the ship date information.
