GT:LoadShip window changes for PickList Transactions

Do not interface to ERP

This window setting turns on the functionality for this window.

If it is on, it will suppress sending any files to the TEE server, as they would already have been processed during the Load transaction. When the "Done" button is pressed, the Whistle tables will be set to a completed state for this picking/loading/shipping transaction.
