The Coolearth provided installation routines will run or deliver a script that can be run to deploy or upgrade a database with a complete, working Schema.
Some priming of base tables will be done in the provided scripts.
Additional priming of tables will need to be done through the maintenance screens in Whistle Studio or the web-client pages.
