Screen Settings (Ctrl-L, select Window Settings)
- Def SBin - textfield
- Default value for SBin, initially set to SHIPSTAGE
- Def IBin - textfield
- Default value for IBin, initially set to ISSUESTAGE
- Always Pick To New - checkbox
- Put the selected inventory on a new container.
- Suggest NEW on Split - checkbox
- Default the text **NEW** in the track field when splitting the pallet.
- Default Number of Pallet Labels - checkbox
- Number of pallet labels to print.
- Set Focus On STAGE Button After Picking - checkbox
- After picking a pallet, sets the focus to the STAGE button.
- Combine Lots - checkbox
- Consider the inventory on two different containers to be the same if the only difference is the lot number (i.e. item and pack are the same, lot may be different).
- Show Assigned - checkbox
- Display the user for this order.
- Allow interaction with Assigned Only - checkbox
- Only allow the assigned user to process this order.
- Auto-schedule - checkbox
- Automatically schedule the order, if it isn't already scheduled.
- Consider all inv (EXCEPT ISSUE, HARD holds) - checkbox
- All inventory is available for staging except inventory that has already been issued, or is on hold.
- Def Pal# - textfield
- The number of pallets to pick up at a time by default, initially set to 1.
- Suggest whilst scrolling - checkbox
- Show the Suggest Bin value while scrolling through the item/pack entries.
- Show Full Pallet Qty - checkbox
- Show the Full Pallet Quantity field.
- Allow Over-picking - checkbox
- Allow the user to pick more inventory than is required for this order.
- Confirm new destination tracking number - checkbox
- For LTL transactions, display a confirmation messagebox when a new destination pallet is created.
- Confirm Staging - checkbox
- When staging is complete, display a confirmation messagebox.
- Infer split direction (Smart Split) - checkbox
- Used when picking up the original container, and transferring the remaining inventory to a new pallet. Exchange the pallet numbers between the original and new containers.
- Warn when tracking number not scanned - checkbox
- Users are required to scan entries into the tracking # field. A warning is displayed when a track # is manually entered.
- Require SCAN OVERRIDE permission for manual track entry - checkbox
- Do not allow a user to manually enter track #s unless the SCAN OVERRIDE system setting is set.
- Prompt to Set Down Original Pallet on Partial Pick Up - checkbox
- Ask the user if they want to put the original pallet down in order to move it.
- Prefer full pallet over FIFO - checkbox
- Look for full pallets first, rather than the oldest inventory.
- Maximum number of alternates to show - textfield
- Limits the number of alternative pallets shown on the picklist, for performance reasons. Initially set to 10.
- Disable out of stock message - checkbox
- Instead of showing the Out of Stock message, show the words No Stock in the suggested bin field.
- Hide lines without partial picking zones - checkbox
- When this setting is on, don't display the order lines that don't have partial picking zones set up. Default is On.
- Use alternatives for putting away remainder - checkbox
- When this setting is on, the user will be forced to select the pallet to use that will receive the remainder of the inventory. Default value is Off.
- Honor customer allocations - checkbox
- When this setting is on, if the pallet has already been allocated to another customer, it can't be used for the current customer. Default value is off.
- Customer allocations use order number - checkbox
- When this setting is on, the order number will be used in place of the customer number for customer allocated inventory. The setting for Honor customer allocations must be turned on as well. Default value is off.
- Warn when customer allocated inventory not picked - checkbox
- When this setting is on, a warning message is displayed if the settings to select customer allocated inventory are turned on, and the inventory selected is not allocated to that customer. Default is off.
- Owner is always specified - checkbox
- When this setting is turned on, the Owner field becomes a required field. Default value is off.
- Use route optimization to select next pallet - checkbox
- When this setting is turned on, the next pallet suggested will be the pallet closest to the current location, regardless of which order line it is on, out of all the pallets available to fill this order. Default value is off.
- Show move confirmation - checkbox
- When this setting is on, display a message to the user if the inventory was moved. Default value is on.
- Always suggest picking whole pallet if possible - checkbox
- When this setting is turned on, the pallet selected will be picked up, instead of moving the inventory to a different pallet. Default value is off.
- Hide pack - checkbox
- When this setting is turned on, the Pack field will not display. Default value is off.
- Allow ownership mismatch - checkbox
- Allows a different owner than what is on the order.
- Reallocate and stage a pallet allocated to a different order. - checkbox
- Allows the user to reallocate and stage a pallet that has been allocated to a different order.
- Don't prompt when whole pallet needed - checkbox
- If the entire pallet is needed for the order line, just pick it instead of asking if the user wants to pick it.
- Auto fill partial pick quantity - checkbox
- For partial amounts, plug the amount needed in the quantity field, rather than prompt the user to enter the amount.
- Use Actual Ship Date (Parity) - checkbox
- Default to ON. This will use the date the order is actually shipped for the ship date. Available for Parity users only.
- Show Instructions From Order - checkbox
- After loading the order, display the instructions on the screen.
- Show WT Header Comments - checkbox
- Show the comments from the warehouse transfer header record.
- Prevent re-allocation of same pallet - checkbox
- Only allocate a pallet to an order once.
- Interface pick/depick records - checkbox
- Use the Pick/Depick interface transactions.
- Use Case Adder on Qty Field - checkbox
- Allows the user to scan a barcode into the Quantity field, only for single item pallets.
- Store Case Count in User Field 8 - checkbox
- Allows the user to put in a count of the cases on the staged pallet. This is only available for case adder with bulk inventory.
- If using Case Adder, verify case count - checkbox
- If the user is using case adder, force them to verify the case count amount.
- Enforce minShelfLife Days on Picks - checkbox
- Use the minimum shelf life value to check that the inventory being staged is not too old for the customer.
- Only show CW Pallets that are ACTIVE and in active inventory - checkbox
- For catchweight inventory, only show pallets that have a status of Active, and that are in active inventory.
- Do not auto-suggest case number - checkbox
- Don't default the case numbers on the pallet.
