Window Settings (Ctrl-L, select Window Serttings)

Show Load Field - checkbox

When this option is turned on, the Load field will display on the screen.

Dont allow load of held orders - checkbox

When this option is turned on, any orders on hold will not be allowed to be loaded.

KP Order Sorting - checkbox

customer specific setting.

Collect Pallet Position - checkbox

When this option is turned on, the position of the pallet on the truck will be collected.

Require lot approval for loading - checkbox

When this option is turned on, Whistle will check that the lot has been approved before the pallet will be allowed to be loaded.

Prompt for putaway of unloaded pallets - checkbox

When this option is turned on, you will be prompted to put away pallets after they have been unloaded.

Enable BOL printing options - checkbox

When this option is turned on, the BOL printing options will be available on the Load window.

Warn when tracking number not scanned - checkbox

Users are required to scan entries into the tracking # field. A warning is displayed when a track # is manually entered.

Require SCAN OVERRIDE permission for manual track entry - checkbox

Do not allow a user to manually enter track #s unless the SCAN OVERRIDE system setting is set.

Allow multiple shipments - checkbox

With this setting turned on, orders that are partially shipped will not be closed and additional shipments may be made against the same order in the future. Default value is On.

Show Carrier On Screen - checkbox

When this option is turned on, the Carrier field is displayed on the Load window, and the carrier information is collectd.

Allow ownership mismatch - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, if the pallet allowed to have more than one owner.

Load pallet without verification - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the pallet will be loaded without showing the pallet contents confirmation dialog.

Use Actual Ship Date (Parity) - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the actual ship date will be used.

Allow loading of pallets regardless of ERP lot status - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the lot status will not be checked.

Show Instructions From Order - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the instructions on the order will be displayed.

Display Total Cases - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the total cases on the selected pallet will be displayed.

Interface Load Information - checkbox

When this setting is turned on, the PickList functionality will be used. For more information, please see Load window changes for PickList Transactions

Close ERP PickList - checkbox

After loading, close the picklist created in the ERP system.

Collect Case Count for Pseudo-CW Products - checkbox

Forces the user to enter a case count for non-catchweight inventory where case tracking is desired.
