This window will create a new container from information scanned in from an NFF item barcode.

Scan the barcode into the Item field.

Scan the lot barcode into the Lot field

Scan the day code barcode in the Day Code field. As well as filling in the value in the Day Code field, this will also fill in the value in the Pull Date field, using the shelf life for the item to calculate the date.

Enter the bin in the Bin field. If no bin is entered, the default bin set up in the window settings will be used.

Enter the pulldate in the Pull Date field. This should have been filled in by scanning in the Day Code barcode. You can either accept this value, or enter a new one.

Checking the Print box instructs Whistle that the user wants to print a pallet tag for this new container. The Copies box instructs Whistle on how many tags to print out.

Select <OK> and press <Enter> to complete this transaction.

When you are finished creating containers, select the <Back> button and press <Enter> or press the "Esc" key to return to the pallets menu.
