Intended Use
For allowing products to have long term process applied to them, such as freezing, settling and aging.
Example Usage
Sour Cream often needs time to “set” or “stabilize” before it is shipped to customers. This screen is used to automatically place a hold on it, ensuring that its never shipped before its finished stabilizing.
